REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The item has manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse for items that are not defective.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or size, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Sale items or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized apparel

Exchanges

If you received a defective item or wrong size, contact us at faz.oficial.2025@gmail.com. We'll arrange an exchange for the correct size or a replacement item, subject to availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer protection law. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
